Location: Must be Arizona resident (Remote)

Salary: Starting at $55,000 with full benefits; increases to $65,000 after one year.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable individual with a 4-year accounting degree or equivalent work experience to join our team remotely in Arizona. This position is perfect for someone with practical experience in accounting and a strong grasp of debit and credit theory. The role involves providing technical support for Fund EZ Accounting software, specifically designed for nonprofits, as well as performing bookkeeping and accounting functions during the initial training period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Support: Provide direct phone support from 9 AM to 2 PM (West Coast time) and email support from 2 PM to 5 PM.
• Bookkeeping & Accounting: Engage in various accounting tasks during the one-year training period.
• Training & Development:
• Year 1: Receive comprehensive training on Fund EZ software and nonprofit accounting practices.
• Year 2: Transition to independent work with a salary increase.
• Future Opportunities: Advance into client consulting and software implementation roles after gaining sufficient expertise.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience: Hands-on experience in accounting with a solid understanding of debit and credit theory.
• Location: Must be a resident of Arizona.
• Skills: Strong communication abilities, attention to detail, and the capability to work independently after the training period.
