Job Summary:

Join our passionate team and we’ll train you on all aspects of fitting and selling ski and snowboard boots - no experience required! As a Bootfitter, you will provide our guests with gear and services for the ultimate outdoor experience.
Job Specifications:
+ Expected Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.76
+ Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time and Part Time Hours available
+ Skill Level: Entry Level
Job Responsibilities:
+ Fit guests with the latest ski and snowboard boots - we'll train you!
+ Provide excellent guest service at one of our ski/snowboard retail shops
+ Work together with teammates to maintain safety standards
+ May include other responsibilities such as cashiering, retail sales, rentals, or other departments
+ Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
+ Ability to work a flexible schedule; including nights, holidays, and weekends
+ Commitment to exceptional Customer Service
+ Ability to stand and move in an active, team-oriented environment for extended periods
+ Ability to communicate fluently through spoken and written English
The expected pay range is $20.00 - $22.76. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
