Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional, patient-driven care to residents
• Evaluate medications and treatment plans
• Educate and guide LPNs, CNAs, and staff
• Communicate effectively with patients and families
• Participate in program development and training

Requirements:

• Valid RN license in MA
• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Fully vaccinated with at least one COVID-19 booster
• Reliable transportation (car or public transit)
