The ideal candidate will have ...Qualifications:

Prior experience playing or coaching soccer at the high school or youth level preferred.

Solid understanding of soccer rules, strategies, and techniques.

Ability to connect with and motivate high school athletes.

CIF Coaching Requirements: Must hold current CIF/NFHS certifications or be willing to obtain them before the season starts.

Must pass a background check in accordance with school policy.

Preferred Attributes:

Passion for soccer and mentoring young athletes.

Ability to work effectively as part of a coaching team.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Dedication to promoting both athletic and academic success among student-athletes.
