Boys Varsity Lacrosse Assistant Coach - St. Stephen's and St. Agnes School

St. Stephen's and St. Agnes School invites applications for the position of Assistant Varsity Coach for the Boys Varsity Lacrosse Team. This is a paid, part-time position. The Assistant Coach will report to the Head Coach and be responsible for both individual skills and overall team strategies as needed by the team. The Assistant Coach will support the Head Coach in attracting players to the school and additionally support players in their college search process. Analyzing game film to assess areas of strength and improvement as well as the breakdown and scouting of opposing teams are additional expectations.

The St. Stephen's and St. Agnes School Boys Varsity Lacrosse Team competes in two highly competitive leagues, the Interstate Athletic Conference and the Virginia Independent Schools Athletic Association.

Qualified candidates will possess relevant lacrosse coaching experience with an emphasis on character based personal development. We seek to hire someone with strong character, an in-depth knowledge of lacrosse, and an ability to effectively communicate with high school lacrosse players. Ideal coaching candidates should have experience coaching at the high school, club, and/or college level. An appreciation for the role of lacrosse and athletics in the broader mission of St. Stephen's and St. Agnes School is expected.
