BPM Architect/ Technical Lead
Location: Whitehouse Station, NJ (REMOTE until COVID restrictions)
Duration: 6+ months
Position Requirement/Role
• Understand business process management/ process based requirements and produce high level design documents and Detail Design Document. Schedule walkthrough's and follow-ups to signoff.
• Assist In planning of BPM solution design, build and deployment
• Support the COE lead/BPM Architect in conceptualizing and developing proof of concepts
• Support functional and performance testing
• Provide support to and defect resolution for QA team.
• Remediate any performance issues identified during Performance Testing
• Create the deployment plan. Schedule walkthroughs and follow-ups to signoff.
• Post deployment, research and resolve all Production issues working with the Business Partner, Process Analyst, Process Architect, Platform Administrator,
Client's Infrastructure, and OpenText Support as appropriate.
• 8 – 10 years experience in OpenText AppWorks 16x platform or any equivalent technology like Pega, Appian
• Expertise in Java, JavaScript, SQL Server Database, .NET technology
• Expertise in building Web Services, REST Services API's
• Work with the process administrator to support dev, test environments
• Ability to create reusable components that can be leveraged across the enterprise for providing top-notch customer experience
• Ability to translate complex business requirement into functional technical requirements using OpenText AppWorks (erstwhile Process Suite) Low code design and integration framework
• Good hands on implementing OpenText AppWorks integration services using REST, SOAP, Email etc. Good understanding of OpenText AppWorks case management features and BPM features
• Provide regular updates team lead and project manager on project progress and outstanding issues
• Experience designing and developing process based solutions or BPM (business process management)
• Experience in various rules and features like LifeCycle, Activities, User Interface (XForms and Entity Modelling design), SLA, KPI, OTDS, CARS, AppWorks Gateway, Single-Sign-On, External Authentication, SAML, Listeners (File, MQ), SOAP Services, Email integration, HTTP Connector, AppWorks integration with
Content/Document Management, etc
• Expertise in AppWorks Web API 's and REST API's
• Experience in full OpenText AppWorks implementation including Entity modelling and Rulesets design
• Implement best practices in AppWorks architecture / design / coding
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team under strict timelines/schedules
• Ability to work and communicate effectively with programmers and other IT staff and non-IT functional areas
• Strong communication, problem-solving skills
