EAG is starting the search for a BPO Administrator to join our team.
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented BPO Administrator to support our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) team. This role is perfect for a highly organized individual with strong communication and multitasking skills who would like to learn business skills and advance within our organization. The BPO Administrator will handle general administrative duties to help ensure the smooth day-to-day
operations within the department.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform daily Print and Mail operations activities for the BPO organization
including:- Pick up and drop of mail daily with USPS, Fedex and UPS as needed.
- Scan received BPO mail and categorize in client document
management systems. - Monitor print request tracker for new Client print and mail requests.
- Prepare outgoing print requests, including printing, folding, stuffing,
posting, special handling requests, and mailing.
- Provide support to the BPO Accounts Payable, Owner Relations, and Treasury
Teams with entry level accounting, master data, and customer service tasks. - Provide support to the Corporate team with EAG office administrative tasks,
such as ordering and stocking needed supplies.
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited state-certified program
required. - 1-2 years’ experience in an administrative or clerical role preferred.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
- Familiarity with basic office equipment (printers, copiers/scanners, postage
machines). - Physical ability to be on your feet a lot throughout the day and to lift items
weighing up to 25 lbs. - Must be eligible to work for ANY employer in the United States; we are unable to sponsor H1B applicants at this time.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
The selected candidate will work onsite in our downtown office 5 days per week. People are EAG’s most valuable asset.
