About the Job
Brain Injury Support Specialist - Direct Support Professional - Join Us and Work Inspired.
When you walk into our clubhouse, you realize this is not your average human service program. It feels warm, caring, and like a family.
The BridgeLine Place is no ordinary day program. The Clubhouse offers people with brain injuries a strong sense of community using an innovative and dynamic model. Our mission is to support every member towards achieving greater independence and self-realization through setting and achieving person-centered goals.
At The BridgeLine, no two workdays are the same. One day you’ll help program members who have never used a computer, teaching them to play games or surf the internet. The next day, you’re setting up an Excel spreadsheet to analyze feedback surveys. Members, with your help, take an active role in advocating with legislators and businesses for the needs of the brain injury community. The work is hard but rewarding. You open a door to the world for people, one small task at a time.
Does this inspire you? Do you want to join our community?
As a Brain Injury Support Specialist, You can expect
