Branch Administrative Coordinator - Reeb Millwork Corporation

We are currently looking for a 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, Branch Admin Coordinator to join our VALUES based organization. In this role you will focus on:
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Match Invoices to Receipts
- Process PO's for vendors and customers
- Process Vendor credits
- Print delivery tickets/credits for resolutions
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications:
- MS Office suite, internet, e-mail savvy
- Attention to details, organization skills
- Ability to clearly communicate to customers, vendors, and team members
