This role is crucial for the efficient operation of the landscape maintenance division, ensuring seamless coordination across teams.

Position Overview: The Branch Administrator will manage schedules, coordinate projects, provide HR and safety support, and oversee accurate invoicing and inventory management. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills and effective collaboration with various teams.

Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable

• Manage Purchase Order (PO) requests and vendor bill entries.
• Reconcile vendor statements and track credit card purchases.

Accounts Receivable

• Set up jobs for invoicing and manage customer invoicing.
• Handle collections on past-due accounts.

Month-End Closing

• Reconcile income statements and assist with month-end journal entries.
• Prepare for and participate in monthly close meetings.

Human Resources

• Handle new hire paperwork, onboarding, and payroll submission.

General Office Duties

• Track asset purchases and disposals.
• Provide general office support to the Branch Manager.
