Job Title: Member Services Representative

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to members and potential members.
• Assist with membership inquiries, renewals, and new sign-ups.
• Promote AAA products and services to enhance member experience.
• Resolve member issues efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of member interactions and transactions.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
