About the Job
The Branch Intern will perform a wide variety of complex and confidential administrative duties for the Financial Advisors (FA), branch support staff, and branch management. This position will also participate in special projects.
What We're Looking For:- Administrative duties as needed such as answering phones, filing, scanning, travel and expense reports, data entry, and scheduling appointments.
- Collection of information needed for performance reports and coordination of appropriate paperwork and materials for client meetings.
- Perform general clerical duties related to daily branch operation.
- Participate in special projects for Financial Advisors and for the branch.
- Ability to organize large amounts of information and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
- Effectively collaborate and work as a team with a diverse group of individuals.
- Minimum Required: High School Diploma or equivalent and currently pursuing Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Minimum Required: 1+ years in a professional level business position.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook. #LI-AS1
