Branch Manager, Ag Equipment Dealership - Gpac

We are working with an ag equipment company to help them find a Branch Manager for one of their locations. We are looking for an individual who would like to relocate.

The ideal candidate will be working either in Ag Sales or as a Branch Manager of an ag equipment store.

The Branch Manager will drive the store’s success, so we are looking for just the right candidate to fill this role.

Ag Equipment Branch Manager Responsibilities:

• Drive quality and excellent customer service.
• Staff and manage store employees.
• Drive profitability and growth.
• Develop store policies and procedures.

Ag Equipment Branch Manager Qualifications:

• A business degree is preferred.
• Management experience required.
• Previous ag equipment dealership management and experience preferred.
• Excellent team building and leading experience.
• Customer centered focus.
• Budgeting experience.

Ag Equipment Branch Manager Pay & Benefits:
