Branch Manager / General Manager - Lumber and Building Materials

Location: Lehigh Valley, PA area

Our client is one of the most well-respected and large privately-held lumber and building materials dealers in the US. They are looking for a proven leader for one of their fastest growing locations.

Are you an experienced Manager in the LBM, Building Products, or Construction Supply space? If so, we may have the next great step in your career!

• A high level of comfort managing experienced professionals, supervisors, and managers

The experience we’d love to see:

• Past experience and success in both sales and operations leadership - ideally in the lumber, building materials, or adjacent industry.

• Past experience with full profit and loss accountability for a location/facility doing in excess of $10 Million in sales

• At least 5 years of management or leadership experience in LBM or related industry

• Success achieving both sales goals and bottom line targets

What you’ll get to do:

• You’ll function as the General Manager with full profit and loss responsibility for a location doing over $20 Million in sales with potential to double in size and become a flagship location for the company.

• You’ll be responsible for leading a team of 20+ people

• You’ll have the opportunity to continue to grow a team and location that has experienced massive growth and success over the past 8 years
