About the Job
Our Branch Managers are responsible for directing and administering the operational efforts of the Branch. This includes leading, managing, and developing a diverse team of direct reports creating a culture that fosters engagement and generates commitment and accountability. Branch managers are to lead a highly defined member engagement process, coaching specific behaviors that lead to an enhanced member service experience and drives growth, while also driving accountability for operational excellence. As a Branch manager, ensuring the execution of policy and procedures are in alignment with applicable regulations are essential.
Desired:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in financial operations or a similar role.
- 3+ years of leadership experience
- Ability to inspire a team where collaboration, adaptability and accountability to performance are critical to performance
- Exercise independent judgment and critical thinking
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge in coaching and developing staff
- Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism
- Ability to motivate and influence others
- Strong sales background
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
