Branch Manager - Service Today - Heating and Air
HVAC DIVISION - This position will work out of our Seaford Delaware Branch location.

You'll have full P&L responsibility, driving business development, training, and customer service for a multi-million-dollar residential HVAC division. Essential Job Functions:
- Full P&L Accountability for the Branch Location.
- Develop and communicate a Business Plan tied to the area of responsibility; motivate and fully mobilize the organization to achieve the Business Plan.
- Increase revenue level and gross profit goals through Business Development; i.e. geographical expansion; new lines of service, etc.
- Run and direct professional sales organization: accountability over sales conversion rate, revenue, profitability, and customer service.
- Organizational Development: work in partnership with Executive Team to develop a winning organization through career pathing and training/development.
- Recruit, retain, and develop talent to successfully drive high levels of performance to meet revenue and profitability targets following the company’s KPI’s and performance-driven model.
- Drive the organization to consistently deliver on our brand promise of 'same day' service and an excellent customer service experience at every touch point in the service delivery cycle.
- Participate in the full development of a Training and Onboarding program to include technical, soft-skills, Safety/OSHA, ride-a-longs, and coaching both at the Managerial, Professional, and Technician levels.
Qualifications:
- Outstanding leadership and communication skills at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrate high levels of collaboration cross-functionally
- Excellent business acumen; Ability to develop, communicate and carry out a Business Plan.
- Strong analytical skills: review, interpret, draw conclusions, and formulate actions based on KPI’s and other data.
Experience/Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration is highly preferred.
- 5+ years experience in the Service Industry in a managerial role with a proven history of; P&L Accountability, Sales, Training/Development, Sales/Operations; Customer Service.
- Sales experience is strongly desirable.
- OSHA/SAFETY Experience.
- Experience in similar consumer - service industry: Plumbing, HVAC, Home Improvement, and Construction would be helpful.
