IN THE ROLE
Build an environment that is customer focused,ensuring all options are presented to for review in the lendingprocess
Manage collection activities including consulting with customers on loan payments for past dueaccounts
Attract and develop high-quality and diversetalent
Coaches team members by providing actionable feedback and empower careergrowth
Drive branch performance by motivating team members whilemaintainingcompliance with all policies and applicablelaws
Uses strategic thinking to prioritize and resolve issues as they arise with speed andconsistency
Must be able to travel locally for business developmentpurposes
REQUIREMENTS
HS Diploma/GED
Leadership experience with coaching and leading ateam
Proven experience with meeting sales goals
Ability to obtaininsurancelicensing within6months of start datewhererequired
Target base salary range is $25.00-$35.00, which is based on various factors including skills and work experience. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a competitive additional compensation program that is based on individual and company performance.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
College degreeorexperience with underwriting, credit decision, or related financial industry experience
