Branch Manager:

The Branch Manager is often the face of the bank to the community! A local community bank is looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead their team! Are you someone looking for that next step in your banking career?  

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the bank's customers' most important needs are met!
• Manage the bank branch and bring in new profitable business
• Ensure branch compliance with bank's security program
• Oversee daily banking activities
• Provide admin support to lending and credit depts
• Maintain an ongoing business development program in order to assist existing customers and solicit new customers to the bank
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop and direct people as they work
• Some business development also for retail/consumer lending

 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field
• 5+ Years of banking experience
• Strong leader with supervisory experience
• Must have a proven track record in business development
• Knowledge of bank regulations pertaining to lending and debt collection
• Strong credit knowledge
