ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES

- Manage the branch Inspection, testing and administration activities.
- Maintain high standards of customer relations and service.
- Oversee hiring of new employees and performance management of the Branch's Crew Members.
- Develop a culture of employee engagement within the branch.
- Prepare Branch budgets and develop systems to control operating costs.
- Seek new business and penetrate further existing customers.
- Ensure that all Branch reporting is done accurately and timely.
- To conduct safety meetings, to keep personnel informed of occurrences and decisions relating to safety and to evaluate continually the safety of Operations working conditions and arrange for necessary corrections to be made
- Perform other duties as required.
ESSENTIAL RQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree helpful
- Five plus years' experience in the Petroleum Industry. Experience preferred in Inspection, Laboratory or Regulatory.
- Knowledge of Petroleum Inspection/testing processes and a familiarity with the significance of quality data as generated by test methods.
- Branch Management experience is highly preferred
- Excellent communication skills. Ability to engage clients and potential clients.
- Proven success developing high functioning integrated employee teams.
- Knowledge of ASTM standards and government regulations.
- Proficiency in operating systems with the ability to learn and train employees in system upgrades.
- Other essential requirement/qualification.

- Ability to communicate and interact effectively in verbal written and presentation formats
- Must possess the fundamental technical and administrative skills required to perform the job duties
- Must be customer focused and quality driven
- Valid Drivers License With Reliable Driving Record ( required )
- Ability to travel as business needs dictate
