[Responsibilities]
- Manage all sales and operations for the Portland branch, overseeing a team of 54 individuals including sales and service managers, shop manager, in- and outside sales, technicians, administrative staff, audit personnel, and office manager.
- Take charge of full profit and loss responsibilities, business and financial planning, sales strategies, inventory management, vendor relationships, account management, pricing and margins, strategic growth initiatives, team development, and training programs.
[Qualifications]
- Demonstrated success in operations management and/or sales leadership within the industrial marketplace.
- Possess a disciplined and structured approach, with strong internal motivation and a deep understanding of effective leadership practices.
- Preference for candidates with a background in the military and direct product knowledge, especially in LEAN methodologies.
- A degree or equivalent experience is required, along with proficiency in MS Office.
