As the Branch Manager you will be the leading a healthcare staffing branch in San Antonio. You will be responsible for day-to-day operations and planning, implementing, and directing operation activities of the company.
Responsibilities: Work in conjunction with VP of Commercial Operations to:
- Report to the office daily
- Generate your own leads
- Work your own full desk
- Work with the nurses and clinicians
- Make calls to collect invoices
- Developing sales and client relationships
- Lead generation
- Be in the field 2-3 days a week doing face to face calls
- Filling orders
- Ensure operations, procedures are being fulfilled/followed, recruiting, billing
- manage all aspects of operations on a daily basis
- Develop an ops strategy to achieve revenue goals through recruiting, credentialing, and staffing.
- Set individual productivity targets with team members
- Manage responsibilities for customer accounts by engaging customers frequently in person
- Co-ordinates action plans for individual team members
- Manage the activities and performance of the staffing team to include recruiting, credentialing and staffing.
- Ensure operations team have the necessary resources
- Properly monitor achievement of objectives by the operations team
- Liaise with other company functions to ensure achievement of operations objectives
- Evaluate performance of staff, provide feedback, support and coaching to staffing team
- Attend trade meetings and industry conventions
- Cultivate effective business relationships with executive decision makers in key accounts
- Process payroll for external employees weekly
- Manage Accounts Receivables and resolve collections within 30 days of the invoice due date, and track all collections in increments of 30, 60, & 90 days.
- Attend and actively participate in all meetings and trainings required and assigned by leadership
- Effectively communicate with your team and leadership regarding day-to-day functions, duties, changes, availability
- Maintain a positive, professional, and collaborative attitude and work ethic with all team members and leadership.
- Availability for 7 days of On-Call after hours as needed.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Business degree or related professional qualification.
- 3-5 Experience in all aspects of operations and planning and implementing healthcare staffing
- 3-5 years of proven experience in customer relationship management in healthcare staffing
- Knowledge of operations and market research experience in managing and directing a healthcare staffing team
- Relevant healthcare staffing knowledge.
- Experience with relevant software applications, such as Bullhorn, UKG (Kronos) or similar
- Expert knowledge of applicant tracking systems such as Bullhorn, and payroll system such as UKG (Kronos).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
- Excellent organization, planning, problem analysis and problem-solving, information management, team leadership, formal presentation skills, persuasiveness, adaptability, innovation, decision-making, and stress tolerance.
