Responsibilities:
- Provide strong leadership to the branch team, setting clear goals and expectations and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Oversee branch operations, including inventory management, sales, customer service, and financial performance.
- Maintain a customer-centric approach, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Drive sales growth through effective business development strategies and client relationship management.
- Develop and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and maximize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Mentor and develop team members, providing coaching and training as needed.
- Prepare and analyze reports to track performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Address operational challenges and implement solutions to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with local community stakeholders.
- Experience in hiring and driving a team to perform for the customer.
- Strong sales and business development skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and industry-specific software.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards.
- Experience in manufacturing and or distribution.
- Experience in the building supply trade
- Knowledge of DOT regulations.
