Job Description:
The Branch Operations Supervisor will oversee all aspects of daily branch activities, ensuring the team delivers excellent customer service and that operations run smoothly. This position requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a focus on achieving branch goals, including deposit and loan growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of employees to ensure continuous development and branch efficiency.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, providing guidance and ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Set and manage goals aligned with organizational objectives for branch growth.
- Develop action plans to meet and exceed branch performance targets.
- Manage the branch’s budget, including controlling expenses and ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Maintain effective relationships with vendors and coordinate services as needed.
- Work with business development and senior management teams to drive branch growth and community engagement initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports and conduct staff meetings to maintain communication and performance.
- Support member services as needed to ensure high-quality customer care.
- Represent the branch at local community events to increase outreach and visibility.
Qualifications:
- 5 to 8 years of experience in a supervisory or operational role, preferably in financial services or a related industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- Ability to create and implement strategic plans to achieve branch objectives.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and proficiency in relevant software systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification is a plus.

This is a full-time role requiring the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The role may involve community outreach and some special projects as assigned by senior management.
