“A Day in the Life”
As the Branch Sales Manager you will be responsible for revenue growth, P&L, market development and exercising sound business practices within an assigned territory. This position requires you to produce personally and collectively with the branch team; profitable lease, sale, and miscellaneous projects which generate revenue for the company. Your activities will include prospecting, quoting, closing, project managing and completing transactions in-line with business objectives. Leadership, supervision, and oversite of the branch(es) operation, including staff, personnel matters, to ensure each member fulfills the roles and responsibilities pursuant to their respective job description. You will work collaboratively, across the organization to provide exceptional service and a product quality to the customers we serve.
“What You’ll Do”
- Drive business results by growing top-line revenue, increasing utilization, managing costs, growing market share, and maximizing profit.
- Monitor and “own” any lease or sales transaction, major project, from start to finish.
- Negotiate with customers to deliver mutual wins and drive overall growth
- Achieve/exceed sales related quotas and goals
- Lead, manage, grow, and develop the branch team through active participation in-line with branch/business objectives.
- Collaborate with operations and fleet management team members to meet or exceed business objectives.
- Provide guidance to counterparts for help with availability, equipment quality, customer interactions, and resolve any issues that arise.
- Actively participate in P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting; consistently meet or exceed branch targets
- Develop strong relationship with manufacturers of modular buildings, as well as sub-contractors for transportation, installation, and service.
- Ensure excellent customer service and meet/exceed company targets of customer satisfaction.
- Support, advocate, and execute on companywide initiatives
- Drive employee and customer retention in a team-based, collaborative, safe environment.
- Engage in strategic account planning for key accounts and projects
- Collaborate with corporate marketing to ensure market penetration, brand recognition, and targeting marketing.
- M-F 7am-4pm or 8am–5pm with some flexibility to work from home 1 to 2 days a week.

- Willing/able to travel to various customer locations
- Call on customer, face to face, via phone and email to establish relationships and promote the company
- Visit customer sites and review specs for ground preparation and other requirements to set a building
- Must be able to work with construction managers and facilities managers to read blueprints, prepare specs for building sets, and manage a project
- BS/BA/BBA degree or equivalent years of sales experience
- 5+ years of sales/sales management experience, with track record of hands-on success
- P&L management experience.
- Heavy customer service focus in team-based environment
- Prior construction, equipment leasing, experience or related industries a plus
- Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Effective project and time management skills
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite
