Branch Warehouse Lead - Oxford, NC - Wise Snacks

Location: Oxford, NC

As a Warehouse Leadyou will lead the team in all aspects of the warehouse operation.

Areas of Responsibilities:

• Receiving and placing all products delivered to the Warehouse; including processing of all paperwork in association with this task.
• Inventory responsibilities including maintaining an accurate accounting of inventory in the Warehouse.

• Order Processing and building of all orders received accurately and recorded on the proper paperwork.
• Ensure the paperwork is being processed properly and recorded in to our systems.
• Warehouse maintenance and cleanliness.
• Responsible for all equipment in the Warehouse (pallet jacks, forklifts)
• Must Learn Product Codes and Items
• Utilizes manual and power material handling equipment
• May perform other duties as required.

Education and Experience:

Required:

• HS Diploma or equivalent
• minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience
• minimum of 1 year supervisory experinece in a manufacturing environment
• Computer Skills (Able to work with Wise Foods Programs)
• Communication Skills
• Basic Math Skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to manage warehouse personel to ensure timely processing of orders
• Must be responsible and proactive

Preferred:

• Microsoft Office, Word, Excel experience a plus

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift items weighing up to 30 lbs. frequently
• Mobility and movements - frequent ability to bend, twist, kneel, squat, climb, reach outwards and upwards, grasp and twist wrists
