Position Summary:

As a Brand Ambassador with Paragon NYC, you’ll be the face of our brand in New York City. You’ll connect with customers directly, create excitement around our products, and build lasting impressions. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about people, thrives in dynamic environments, and is eager to make meaningful connections on behalf of our brand.

Responsibilities:

• Represent Paragon NYC at events, in-store promotions, and community engagements throughout the city.
• Educate customers about our products, values, and mission, building brand trust and enthusiasm.
• Distribute promotional materials and conduct engaging product demonstrations.
• Share brand experiences and events on social media to increase awareness and excitement.
• Collaborate with our marketing team, sharing valuable customer feedback and new ideas.
• Track interactions and report on customer experiences to help shape future marketing strategies.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and encouraging customers to try Paragon NYC products.

Qualifications:

• Outgoing and personable, with excellent communication skills.
• Passionate about Paragon NYC’s mission and values.
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role (retail, events, or promotions) is preferred but not required.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Proficiency with social media platforms like Instagram and TikTok is a plus.
