Legacy Restoration is seeking an experienced (OPS) Canvassing Leader to join our growing team. This team leadership role offers a chance to showcase your leadership skills and drive the success of the canvassing team. As an OPS team leader, you'll canvass neighborhoods, schedule free inspections and sales appointments, acting as a brand ambassador with your team. You'll receive comprehensive training, ongoing support, and ample opportunities for growth and development.
As the OPS leader, you'll have the opportunity to grow and oversee your own team of canvassers, guiding them to target neighborhoods to set appointments for free exterior inspections and consultative appointments. This fast-paced position offers daily sunshine, fresh air, customer interactions, and uncapped earning potential.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing comprehensive day-to-day training and support to your local canvassing team, both in the office and in the field.
- Leading by example and actively participating in neighborhood canvassing, going door to door.
- Effectively setting appointments for complimentary, no-obligation exterior inspections and sales appointments.
- Conducting interviews, training, onboarding, and recruiting new team members.
- Collaborating to track personal and team performance, meet hiring goals, select optimal lead generation opportunities, and enhance overall production and department efficiency.

- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation and appointment setting targets

REQUIREMENTS
- Previous team development experience required
- Canvassing/lead generation a positive
- Self-motivated individual who thrives in a team-oriented environment
- Reliable vehicle and smart phone
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to work hard and put in extra effort to increase earnings potential
- Ability to work outdoors for extended periods of time, enjoying fresh air and sunshine
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The more effort you put in, the more you will be paid
- Availability to travel to other markets and offices for storm response
