Corgan is actively recruiting a dynamic Project Manager to join the firm as part of our Brand + Graphics team. This opportunity is open to our Dallas, New York, Chicago or Atlanta locations. Please indicate your location preference. This fast pace, dynamic role involves leading project teams through multiple challenging projects across all Corgan market sectors. Tackle these responsibilities alongside a team of creative, highly motivated individuals who are passionate about their work and ready to collaborate to achieve outstanding results. Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Oversee and manage creative project teams, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals and budgets.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and effectively communicating project progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Internal Collaboration: Identify when and how to engage design managers, project architects, interior designers, technical specialists and other consultants throughout the duration of a project
- Scope Management: Define project scope, identify deliverables, and manage changes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Resource Allocation: Assign and manage resources, including team members, subcontractors, and vendors, to ensure efficient project execution.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks to project success, developing contingency plans as needed.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet the highest quality standards and align with client expectations.
- Financial Management: Track project budgets, monitor expenses, and report on project profitability.
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, communication, marketing, advertising, architecture, interior design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a professional services firm or similar environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate and sustain strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with familiarity in Adobe Creative Suites and Bluebeam Revu.
- Experience thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Willingness to travel as required for project needs.
- Understanding of architecture, construction, marketing and related industries is preferred

Base Salary Range: $100,000 - 135,000 annually – New York locations only
The estimate range represents the general base salary range of candidates hired in New York only. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include internal equity, experience, education, specialty, and training. In addition, base salary is not inclusive of total compensation.
