About the position: The Brand Manager is responsible for bringing a marketing-focused discernment to all aspects of the role, including branding, advertisements, projects, with an overall appreciation for valuable marketing and branding content.
What you'll do:
- Assist with planning, executing, and overseeing various marketing initiatives and becoming a resource of information for the marketing team
- Assist in coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects
- Be a resource of information regarding marketing assets and help with various marketing needs from other internal teams
- Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on track
- Audit projects/events once completed, conduct post-mortem meetings, outline improvements, and implement process changes in collaboration with the marketing team
- Foster a collaborative work environment and facilitate effective communication between team members and other internal teams
- Help develop and maintain fun and inspiring brand messaging across all platforms
- Design, create, and produce necessary content – print and digital
- Maintain stock of company marketing assets
- Be able to give branding and messaging input on any project
You should have:
Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, or related field
Experience: 3-5 years branding or corporate marketing experience (firm)
Computer Skills: Proficient with various software applications (Outlook, Excel, Word), computer systems, web-based applications, and third-party portals
