Responsibilities in Brand Marketing Associate:
Supporting Company Development: Actively participate in initiatives to expand our market presence, contributing ideas and insights to help the company meet its growth objectives.
Assisting in New Business Acquisition Efforts: Collaborate on strategies to attract and onboard new clients, contributing to targeted campaigns and identifying growth opportunities.
Expertly Managing External Customer Needs: Engage with customers directly, ensuring satisfaction, resolving issues, and gathering feedback to continuously improve our services.
Developing Leadership and Interpersonal Skills: Build and refine communication, conflict resolution, and leadership skills to contribute effectively within the team and with clients.
Conducting Business-to-Consumer (B2C) Sales: Approach new business prospects with tailored presentations on products and services to drive conversions and enhance customer relationships.
No Cold Calling – Focus on Warm Leads: Interact only with pre-qualified customers or warm leads, allowing for personalized and meaningful sales engagements without cold outreach
