Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive brand marketing strategies to elevate Regal Legal's presence in the legal industry.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, client needs, and competitive landscape, using insights to inform marketing decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal professionals and sales, to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
• Manage the creation of engaging content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, email, and print materials.
• Oversee brand messaging and ensure alignment with the company’s mission and values.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and events to promote the brand and attract potential clients.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
• Build and maintain relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to enhance brand visibility.
• Manage the brand budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• 5 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably within the legal or professional services sector.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics.
