The Job:
You will guide customers/consumers through the entire service signup process and maintain strong client engagement from initial contact to finalization. Key Responsibilities:
- Represent our client within the local community, specifically those who receive benefits from the state of California or Federal programs, promoting free wireless services while creating a positive brand image.
- Qualify individuals through their California benefits, helping them save money on their monthly wireless expenses.
- Follow up on client-provided leads to efficiently fulfill customer needs within an assigned local territory.
- Engage with potential customers, explaining product offerings, answering questions, and providing information to build brand loyalty and trust.
- Participate in brand marketing efforts through community events, networking opportunities, and outreach activities to boost brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Develop long-lasting relationships with community members by delivering personalized service and support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet targets related to customer acquisition and retention, contributing to the overall brand strategy.
- Utilize Salesforce for effective lead generation, tracking, and reporting to ensure streamlined sales and customer service processes.
