Looking to create relatable and hilarious content with a fun, fast-paced team? Betches Media is looking for an enthusiastic Branded Video Producer to bring fresh, creative energy to our video team. If you’re all about production, shooting, and editing digital video and want to create content that stands out on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok—we want to hear from you!

You’ll collaborate closely with our Senior Director of Video, as well as our video and sales teams, to bring engaging, branded content to life.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Produce, shoot, edit, and occasionally make your on-screen debut in a variety of Betches branded videos
- Partner up with our video and sales teams to create scroll-stopping branded content, from the first spark of an idea to the final cut going live
- Bring your creativity to the table during pre-sale, helping conceptualize fresh, on-brand video ideas for partners that align with Betches’ voice while hitting partner KPIs in response to RFPs and other sales requests
- Dream big! Help develop overarching, larger-than-life video ideas and series that Betches can pitch and sell to partners, driving innovation in branded content
- Keep the flow smooth post-sale, working with Account Managers to make sure scripts, edits, and final deliverables are always on time
- Collaborate with the video and content teams to produce high-quality, engaging video content that resonates with both the Betches audience and our brand partners
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience producing, shooting, and editing videos
- A knack for both narrative sketches and quick social content
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere (bonus points for knowledge of After Effects and other Adobe apps)
- Strong understanding of basic lighting techniques and comfortable operating DSLR or professional video cameras
- A background or interest in comedy, with the confidence to appear/act in videos when needed
- Fluent in social media culture, with a pulse on what works across platforms
- Previous media experience is a plus, and the ability to travel locally for events as needed
Compensation
The expected annual base salary for this role is $70,000 - $80,000. Final offers for this role will be made within the parameters of the salary range provided. Years of experience, skills, and other factors such as location are considered when determining the salary offered. Total compensation and offer package will include the following perks below.
