Breader Position

Starting Pay: $16.50/hr

Join our team as a Breader, where you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the quality of chicken within our restaurant! This takes someone who does not mind working with raw chicken and has a great sense of urgency. Performance expectations are high for this position, but it is one of the most valued. This position is essential to our restaurant's success and offers opportunities for rapid advancement into leadership roles.

Position Type:

• Full-time and Part-time
• Must be available to work on Saturday's. This position is not a M-F only job.
• Must be 16+ to apply for this position.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Prepare and coat raw chicken with precision, care and to standard.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
• Work efficiently under pressure to meet demand.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service.
• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Able to multi-task
• Works well independently and in a team environment
• Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
• Have the ability to lift and carry XX-XX lbs on a regular basis
• Have the ability to stand for long periods of time
• Other duties as assigned
