Breast Imager needed in Lehigh Valley, PA; Partnership Track at Progressive Physician Associates

Practice: Progressive Physician Associates (PPA) is a large interdisciplinary private practice group of over 100 providers that includes Diagnostic Radiologists, Interventional Radiologists, Vascular Surgeons, and Advanced Practitioners. We are the exclusive service provider for St. Lukes University Health Network (SLUHN) in Lehigh Valley, PA.

Our Network: SLUHN,is a growing regional/tertiary network of 13 hospitals, specialty clinics and imaging centers serving the Lehigh Valley community in Northeastern Pennsylvania and Western New Jersey. We are an Academic institution with extensive residency and fellowship programs as well as a Medical School. As a GE show site, the network offers state of the art, standardized equipment across network hospitals and imaging sites, as well as a unified PACS system.

Who we are seeking:
PPA is seeking a full-time dedicated Breast Imager to join our dynamic group of physicians. Part-time and hybrid radiologists reading both general radiology in addition to mammography would also be considered. The candidate should demonstrate a commitment to excellence in clinical care. This position offers the opportunity to teach residents and participate in scholarly activities, if desired. The practice boasts a strong collaborative culture that emphasizes constant teaching and mentoring within the group. Our providers enjoy working with colleagues of excellent quality, including our specialists colleagues. The Breast Imaging division is comprised of 6 fellowship trained breast imagers and 7 hybrid radiologists. Services offered include screening mammography (all screens utilize tomosynthesis), diagnostic mammography & ultrasound, stereo, tomosynthesis, US and MRI guided biopsy, breast MRI, abbreviated MRI screening, ABUS, contrast enhanced mammography and Savi Scout localization. No nights, call, or weekends.

Qualifications:

• ABR certification, medical licensure/eligibility to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
• Fellowship training in breast imaging or Womens imaging or extensive experience
