BRIDAL SALES CONSULTANT
Be a part of the exciting world of bridal fashion. As an Inland Empire bridal salon, we have been serving southern California brides and their families since 1978. We are looking for bridal sales associates who have a desire to deliver excellent customer service, bring energy to the workplace, and be motivated to sell the beautiful bridal fashions that we offer in our salon.
Job Description
The ideal candidate should meet the following qualifications and requirements:
- Promote the company values of excellent customer service
- Be self-motivated in order to establish and grow clientele base
- Consistently be energized to create sales with customers
- Ultimately have extensive knowledge of all items being sold in the store and the ability to assist wherever needed in various departments.
- Be able to multitask
- Know and follow all policies and procedures of the store
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Education: Preferably 1 year of college or more
- Proficient in some computer skills, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience on some social media sites for businesses
- 1 year of retail sales experience preferably some in bridal
Requirements:
- Must be able to work every Saturday
- Be a good communicator
- Commission motivated
- High energy, friendly and out-going
- Spanish speaking is a plus
- Professional appearance, business casual dress code
- Organized with good phone skills
