Salary: $120,000 - $180,000

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Bridge Engineer Project Manager to join our team in Indianapolis, IN. As a Senior Bridge Engineer, you will lead exciting and high-impact projects that shape the future of our infrastructure.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering is required.
• Licensure: A valid Professional Engineer (PE) license is a must.
• Experience: We’re looking for someone with 8+ years in bridge engineering and project management.
• Skills: Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Bridge Engineer Project Manager:

• Lead and manage bridge engineering projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Oversee design and construction activities to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with a team of engineers, architects, and construction professionals.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and address any issues.
• Prepare and present project reports and proposals to clients and stakeholders.
• Mentor junior engineers and support their professional development.
• Utilize advanced engineering software and tools for project planning and execution.
