- Manage the day-to-day operations of the EBC, serving as point of contact for internal support services, including security, facilities, A/V, IT, & catering for all Customer and Internal meetings
- Act as concierge to internal customers, sales teams and visiting customers by maintaining relationships with vendors, including restaurants, transportation services, and tour companies.
- Track, manage and coordinate catering support for all briefings and events.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and branded merchandise and track related budgets.
- Produce daily collateral for all briefings (e.g., agendas, name tags, evaluations, welcome screen graphics, and building a digital wall for each unique event)
- Manage the overall RTP EBC editorial calendar, while also curating, generating, publishing, and sharing content daily to enable Sales to drive attendance to DVC/EBC briefing center(s). I update several internal SharePoint sites and have created a couple as well as work on our external site and keeping that updated.
- Provided thorough training to new hires to ensure their knowledge and proficiency to aid in the success of NetApp.
- Supporting the Solution Series program.
- Coordinating with subject matter experts to develop the framework for each particular series
- Creating various assets such as one pager, PC & Mac Invites and developing the registration landing pages and ensuring assets meet NetApp Branding Guidelines.
- Setting up prep calls with Subject Matter Experts and session facilitators to make sure content is delivered as advertised
- Update and post registration reports on the Solution Series SharePoint folder for Account Teams
- Occasionally lead / facilitate Solution Series events
- Create campaign codes for site briefings across different regions (AMER, APAC, EMEA), encompassing various formats like in-person, virtual, hybrid, and mobile briefings. At the end of each month, I perform a manual list load request, ensuring that customer information, including name, email, company, title, date, country, state, campaign id, campaign code, EBC center, and briefing program manager, is successfully integrated into Spark (Salesforce).
- I provide on-the-road support for the EBC at various locations, including NetApp offices, hotels/conference centers, and on-site 1:1 mobile briefings with customers and partners. Responsibilities include agenda creation, evaluation formatting, and printing materials to facilitate smooth interactions BPM has all necessary documents.

This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $27-29/Hr
