About the Job
Our approach to food is a little more eclectic than most. Inspired by street food and dive joints from around the world we work directly with local farmers to bring that experience to West Michigan. Our menu changes frequently and we run weekend features focused on local products available and seasonality. Everyone in the kitchen will have the experience of brainstorming, building off of each other's input and helping to create these features and new menu items.
This position will be part time.
Skill set needed:
- Basic kitchen knowledge (knife skills, basic kitchen equipment use, etc.)
- Ability to understand and follow recipes.
- Work in fast-paced work environment.
- Experience in safe and proper food handling.
- Reliable in transportation and work ethic.
- Able to work clean and organized.
- Positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn new skills.
Education:
- Minimum of 1 year Culinary Experience.
- ServSafe certification is a plus, not required.
This position is a part-time hourly position and offers the following:

Both brands brew high-quality craft beer, operate from-scratch kitchens and provide spirits and more to satiate all appetites.
