Alliance Global Solution seeks a result-driven, adaptable, tech-savvy Broadband Technician in the Rutland, VT, area to join our expanding Fiber Optics team. In this role, you will install fiber in customers homes or businesses and set up Wi-Fi equipment while providing detailed-oriented, and superior customer service. Applicants will be trained for pole drops and in-home installations. Alliance Global Solution provides a company vehicle, gas card, tools, and uniforms!

Responsibilities:

· Installation and troubleshooting of fiber and internet

· Meeting metric goals for installations

· Being professional and courteous to all

· Serves as customer resource for product and service recommendations

· Maintaining accurate inventory

Requirements:

· Must be able to work with basic tools: 28ft extension ladders, hand tools,  work in crawl spaces/attics, and lift 80 lbs.

· Ability to work proficiently unsupervised.

· Must pass a criminal background check and clean driving record.

• Must live within 60 miles from Rutland, VT
