As a Broker Dealer Customer Experience Specialist 1, you’ll operate in fast-paced environment providing outstanding service to our registered representatives and clients through a variety of activities all within strict adherence to FINRA & SEC securities regulations.
- Daily, you can expect to support all needs and questions via inbound and outbound calls from financial professionals and clients to ensure information is communicated precisely and accurately.
- You will provide system assistance and proactively educate financial professionals and clients.
- You will perform other job-related duties and special projects as the need arises including responding to incoming emails from financial professionals and customers.
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience required
- Must have a FINRA Series 6 or 7 license.
- Customer service, sales, financial services, or securities and investment experience.
- Strong communication and telephone skills required. Including wearing a telephone headset for extended periods.
- Ability to work energetically in a team environment, multi-task, be organized and focused on details, and maintain confidentiality guidelines.
- Requires basic computer skills including efficiently navigating within numerous software and web applications.
- Ability to acquire strong knowledge of business unit products, processes and systems
Hours
The hours for this role are 9:15am-6:00pm Monday-Thursday and 9:15am to 5:00pm on Fridays.
