Job Description

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Brokerage Services Coordinator position will focus exclusively on supporting the transaction professionals of the Office Tenant Representation team in the following capacities:

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Administrative support of the team Including but not limited to travel booking, calendar management, expense reporting and other tasks.
• Assist with market surveys and competitive property reports.
• Compile property data for clients including tenant surveys, summary reports, maps, and status updates for listing and/or tenant representative assignments.
• Manage the leasing sign process, e-blast calendar and tour book compilation while also acting as a liaison for the marketing team when coordinating new assignments, pitching new business, and creating collateral.
• Coordination of major client/broker engagement events and gatherings along with specific office team events.
• Gather and help prepare and distribute marketing materials.
• Assist in the collecting of materials necessary for transactions such as listing agreements, commission agreements, leases, and sales agreements.
• Work with marketing to maintain Stream’s brand and consistency in reviewing and creating outgoing marketing materials including flyers, proposals, tour books, maps, floor plans, and other sale materials.
• Keep the team organized and help track deal progress.
• Assist in team development and progress tracking for all.
• Steward and be a liaison between brokers and marketing for an occupier marketing campaign.
• Organize and coordinate client specific property information packages in response to Request for Information (RFIs), Request for Proposals (RFPs), and Letter of Intent (LOIs). 
• Maintain current information on tenants, market availability, and leases. 
• Respond to general inquiries and provide information as needed, while maintaining confidentiality in all communication. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree Required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.

• Proficient with MS Office and MS Excel
• Mathematical aptitude
• Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign)experience a plus, not required.
