The Office Assistant/Leasing Agent on a property plays a key role in the team by delivering a world-class customer experience to clients through marketing outreach, advertising, leasing, resident outreach, administrative duties, and resident loyalty events.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES, FUNCTIONS, AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Showing rental properties on site as well as in the Springfield area.
• Assist in the lease signing process, includes preparing lease paperwork.
• Provide "World Class Customer Service" to those that they interact with and serve daily.
• Generate new ideas to problems or innovates around already established approaches.
• Plan and organize tasks in an efficient productive manner.
• Focus on assigned key priorities.
• Exhibit attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness.
• Use empathy to understand the needs of others and take action to meet clients' needs.
• Look for ways to improve and promote quality performance.
• Adjust quickly to changing priorities. Cope effectively with complexity. Flex around new ideas, processes, or environments.
• Create and maintain spreadsheets, reports, surveys, and materials for the team.
• Data entry of resident information and payables.
• Exhibit exemplary attendance and punctuality.
• Comply with company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION & RELATED EXPERIENCE

• A high School Diploma or equivalent GED is required.
• A minimum of one year of administrative, advertising or marketing experience is preferred.
• A valid driver's license

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES AND INTERACTIONS WITH OTHERS

This position has no supervisory responsibilities. The Office Assistant will be expected to interact with co-workers, guests, visitors, and vendors daily.
