POSITION SUMMARY:
The primary purpose of the Budget & Reimbursement Analyst is to support and perform analyses of financial matters related to budget, reimbursement, and cost reporting. This position requires excellent analytical ability, financial and accounting skills, good judgment & decision-making, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to translate Federal/State rules and regulations into practice.
Education & Qualifications:
- Must be able to work in Beachwood, OH five days a week.
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field.
- Must be able to communicate in English and have the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Must have excellent analytical, computer, and organizational skills.
- Must have the ability to work independently to prepare and complete all financial reporting requirements by established deadlines.
- Must be able to analyze and reconcile various accounts including general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Must be able to conduct research, data analysis, cost-benefit analyses, as well as expenditure and revenue forecasting.
- Must possess and demonstrate the ability to carry out both verbal and written directions.
- Must possess and demonstrate good interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work with supervisors, co-workers, support agencies and community staff in the performance of duties.
- Ability to work hours as scheduled based on the requirements of the position/assignment.
- Must not pose a direct threat to the health and safety of others in the workplace.
Experience:
- At least one (1) year of experience involving analytical research and reporting of complex financial data or any combination of relevant experience and education.
- Previous experience in long-term care preferred but not required.
Shift & Wage:
- Full-Time Opportunity Available!
- Shifts Needed: Monday-Friday
