Build Engineer - PowerShell Scripting
Location: Mahwah, NJ

Roles and responsibility
1. Architecting, maintaining, and streamlining automated build and release pipeline from code
2.compilation, automated testing, to deploying releases to multiple environments.
3. Maintaining source control branches and performing integrations with merge conflicts.
4. Facilitating and championing the quick resolution of problems found during the daily build and deployment efforts.
5. Creating and maintaining documentation of the build/release process.
6. Investigating tools and processes and integrating them so that they can improve the reliability, stability and efficiency with which we release services.
7. Working closely with the development team to integrate new deployment processes and strategies to meet our feature requirements.

Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills
- Demonstrable experience with advanced PowerShell coding features.
- Understand the infrastructure design and/or installation documents to create zero touch automation packages that are parameterised, dynamic and able to repeatedly and reliably deploy against these designs
- Apply complex problem solving to "reverse engineer " applications, designs and manual build instructions to create zero touch automation packages.
- Create production quality code, following industry standard best practices as well as internal policies and procedures
- Collaborate effectively with other members of the agile automation team; sharing knowledge and peer reviewing others work prior to formal review by the Automation Team Lead
- Create clear and concise technical documentation of their work
- Competent in understanding customer requirement and suggesting analytical solutions/approach
- Outstanding ability in deriving and presenting actionable insights for data driven decision making
