Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in EE, ME, CE, math, or physics
- 3 years of experience in the HVAC/controls industry
- Experience with mechanical system operation
- Basic understanding of the construction process
- Strong communication, negotiating, and organizational skills
- Competency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Pay: $90,000 - $120,000
Daily Duties: Producing drawings, sequences of operation, and bills of material of building automation systems for submission to project Engineers/teams. Responsibilities also include developing BMS software databases (programming and graphics) by engineering documents and project specifications, designing, integrating, and supporting network migration for Internet/Ethernet/BACnet/Modbus platforms, maintaining accurate As-Built drawing packages, making changes in AutoCAD, Visio, Excel, and Word as required, visiting the field as necessary to adjust design sequences to operate correctly with the actual system(s), completing functional checkout and commissioning activities in support of technicians to meet project schedules, and conducting self-study to improve knowledge of required job skills and stay abreast of industry trends.
