• Minimum 6 years of sales experience, preferably in building automation or related field.

• Strong technical knowledge of building control technologies including HVAC, lighting, access control, and energy management systems.

• Proficient in relevant software, hardware, and programming related to building automation systems.

• Familiar with industry-standard protocols and communication interfaces.

• Capable of managing and overseeing projects from conception to completion while ensuring compliance with quality standards and client specifications.

• Thorough understanding of local, state, and national regulations and codes relevant to building automation systems.

• Experience in mentoring and providing guidance to junior team members.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
