Building Maintenance Controller - ASR INTERNATIONAL

 ASR International is seeking an experienced Production Controller with a background in building maintenance with plumbing and electrical experience for a rewarding position supporting the US Marine Corps at MCLB Albany, GA.

Requirements Snapshot:

• Production Control Support
• A background in building maintenance, including plumbing and electrical in order to receive screen and classify job orders.
• Must be able to answer phones and interact with customers on a daily basis.
• Review elements of information and determine and establish priorities based on all other work orders scheduled, or pending scheduling.
• Schedule work orders concurrently or sequentially, to minimize over-all man-hour requirements.
• Prepare requisitions for procurement of materials and supplies, and chart production, based on statistics compiled for reference by production and management personnel
• Build spreadsheets, track Work-Orders, and prepare reports for Customers and Senior I&E staff.
• Verify material received against bills of material for planned job for correctness.
• Reschedule jobs due to non-availability of material and/or manpower, weather conditions or other reasons. Work with shop supervisors, planners and estimator and other key personnel to ensure timely material and equipment support to keep jobs on schedule.
• On site support required during normal working hours: 06:00 to 18:00, Monday thru Friday, may be required to work overtime to meet program Goals and objectives.

• A bachelor’s degree in the field of study or related field or a minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Building/ Production/ or Maintenance Controller or similar position supporting building or facilities maintenance.
• Experience using Maximo software
• Experience with Microsoft Office & Teams. 
• Other skills required, ability to learn USMC max program, and I&E Public processes and procedures.
• Salary $29.32 /hr
