Job Title: Building Maintenance Mechanic II

Responsibilities:

• Perform general building maintenance tasks including painting, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing work.
• Assist in the operation of mobile equipment for maintenance tasks.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in building maintenance or related trades.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
