About: GPAC is seeking a motivated Building Material Sales Representative.
Job Summary: The Building Material Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients in the construction and building materials sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of building materials, excellent sales skills, and the ability to provide outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and target potential clients, including contractors, builders, architects, and developers.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Present and promote a range of building materials and solutions to prospective and existing clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals.

Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and post-sale.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.

Market Analysis and Reporting:
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports on sales performance, market feedback, and client needs.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups.

Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications:

Education and Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the building materials or construction industry.
- Familiarity with building materials, construction processes, and industry standards.

Skills and Competencies:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
